"My Experience with a Log Storage Solution"
I placed an order for a log store, and although there was an issue with my order being missed, it got sorted out pretty fast with plenty of apologies. Just two days after that, it showed up and is really solid, plus it was a breeze to assemble. I'm super happy with the product and would definitely recommend it.

"Such a wonderful business"
Such a wonderful business. I usually dread ordering online 'cause I'm always anxious about customer support, and I prefer chatting with a real person for peace of mind. This was my first experience with Willow Bay, and they sure didn't let me down. The item showed up right on time, and it was packed really well. I was super happy...I'll definitely be back for more!

"Smooth Sailing"
I came across this company and decided to get a dining table after spotting it on a different website that had crazy shipping fees to central Scotland. The dispatch time matched what was initially stated, and I'm really pleased with the table. Not entirely sure who the delivery service was since the updates were a bit sparse, but they were super nice when they dropped off the table and even carried it into my living room. No issues whatsoever, I'm really happy I took a chance on a brand I wasn't familiar with.

"Ordered a BBQ shelter last week..."
Last week, I ordered a BBQ shelter, and it mentioned a delivery time of 7-10 days. I really needed it sooner, so I reached out to Willow Bay to see if they could speed things up. From the get-go, the customer service has been outstanding. My shelter showed up this morning just like they said it would. Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible and kept me in the loop, especially Sarah. I’d definitely recommend this company! :0)

"Awesome company to work with"
Awesome company to work with, plus fantastic customer support. I got a 3 seat cottage arbour that had a bit of damage during shipping (not a fault of the seat itself) and they were super helpful. The replacement part came fast, and the final product turned out great. Highly recommend.

"Outstanding Personal Service from the Team"
I placed an order and then figured we might be out of town when they tried to deliver, so I shot an email to the company on a Saturday night. To my surprise, they got back to me later that same evening! Then, when I wanted to check on the order's status, I sent another email and shortly after got a call from them. Absolutely fantastic customer service - and I'm really pleased with the product.

"Awesome Customer Support"
You know, the real test of a business is how they deal with problems when they pop up. In my experience, even though I got great service from Willow Bay, there was a hiccup with the supplier for the garden furniture we ordered. Willow Bay wasn’t to blame at all, and Bruce along with his crew worked hard to sort things out quickly. I’d definitely order from them again—actually, I’m hoping they open a store nearby so I can check it out since we’re just down the road! The customer service was top-notch and super friendly all the way through. I highly recommend them.

I got myself a parasol base from Willow Bay. The communication was spot on, and it showed up ahead of time. Really great value for what I paid and their aftercare is just brilliant. "Outdoor Furniture"
Super happy with the service we got during lockdown. They kept us in the loop about our order's progress, which was awesome. Really satisfied with the outdoor furniture; the quality is top-notch. We had to tweak the table a bit to get it to fit right, but other than that, all good. We're planning to grab another set for our holiday cabin. Thanks a ton!

"Churnet Valley Garden Swing Seat Review"
We got ourselves a Churnet Valley Garden Swing seat, but with all the CV-19 stuff going on, there were a few hiccups and worries about the delivery process. Bruce stepped in and ensured that the item arrived just in time for the Bank Holiday Weekend, even showing up to help with the offloading. He really went above and beyond.
Plus, it’s a well-priced, sturdy piece of garden furniture, and the cherry on top? It’s made right here in England!

Huge thanks! The customer service was amazing. I got the Pacific lifestyle 4 mirror wall art, and they look gorgeous. I received a delivery date in the order confirmation, which mentioned there might be a delay because of the current situation, but it showed up right on time. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about your site and can’t wait to shop with you again.
